Let's Jump, L.A. offers high-energy jump rope and Double Dutch performances, workshops, and PE class takeovers. The company was founded by 4-time World Champion Michael Fry.

Jump Rope assembly:

The assembly is a 30-35 minute show that includes jump rope freestyle performances, audience participation, double dutch, high-energy music, and motivational messages throughout. There are a few times during the show where I bring up volunteers to participate (students and teachers). I focus on the importance of kindness, working together, and being persistent in the face of failure. Best for grades K-8.

Jump Rope PE Takeover:

The PE takeover is much more hands-on learning. I work with rotating groups of up to 50 students at a time, for 30 minutes each. We cover proper technique, jump rope basics, and fun skills that everyone can learn. I provide all of the jump ropes. Best for grades K-8. Class sizes should not exceed 50 students (smaller is preferred).

Assembly and PE Takeover combo:

The assembly + PE combo is a great option for schools. The assembly gets kids excited about jump rope and understanding the importance of persistence. The PE takeover makes the message more tangible - they see what persistence can do in real-time, and experience success regardless of their skill level. Best for grades K-8.
